Programmer of crawl/screenscraping robots

I am looking for at programmer, who can build crawl/screen scraping robots, for a new job portal, just like http://www.jobindex.dk/, http://www.simplyhired.com/ are doing. Most robots are build on standard high-end software like eg. http://www.kapowtech.com/, http://www.fetch.com, http://www.ql2.com/, http://www.denodo.com/ etc., but I have found a cheap "low-end" standard software, which we might use - I just need a programmer to make it fly, and if you know of any other affordable crawl/screen scraping software, please let me know.
